Breakages & Damages
While we take every precaution with our specialized packaging, glass is fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and packaging and email us immediately at [Insert Email]. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Returns & Hygiene
As honey is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened jars due to health and hygiene regulations.
