Frequently Asked Questions
All our honey is sourced directly from Yemen. Our Sidr and Sumur varieties are harvested from the valleys of Hadramawt, while our Rare White Honey (Sawrab) comes from the mountainous highlands of Ibb.
Yes. We strictly adhere to traditional methods. Our honey is unheated, unpasteurised, and unprocessed to preserve its natural enzymes, aroma, and nutritional value.
We grade our honey based on harvest quality and concentration. For example, our Royal Sidr represents the finest harvest with the highest concentration of Sidr nectar, while our Mumtaz grade offers exceptional quality for a wider range of uses.
Texture varies naturally. Our Sawrab (White) honey crystallises naturally into a creamy texture due to the mountain climate, while our Sumur (Acacia) tends to remain liquid and dark. This is a sign of purity, not a defect.
